Returns Policy: Within 30 days of shipment, you may return the following items for any reason, for a full refund of the item's selling price (minus the Shipping and Handling Fees):
Any unopened (CD & DVD) media
Any other item in new condition with its original packaging
Returns should be sent to the address on the packing slip that accompanies your order.
Handling and Shipping Fees: For each customer's order, a non-refundable Handling Fee of 5% is charged per-item to cover processing costs and to help ensure each order is packaged safely so that it will get to you in one piece, most importantly without damage. Each customer invoice will have a Shipping Fee amount which includes this Handling Fee. In case of a product return, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
A non-refundable Shipping Fee represents the postage charge which is based on the total weight of the items included with each order along with the destination zip code location. In case of a product return, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If requested, we will attempt to accommodate special requests for expedited shipping when contacted via EMAIL at ceo@centraleuro.orgafter placing an order. For special requests, expect an additional shipping charge to cover the courier's shipping charge.
